Dental Health Week 2nd to 8th Aug 2021

We are proud to support the Australian Dental Association’s Dental Health Week, which takes place this year from 2nd to 8th August 2021.

Those COVID-19 lockdowns have disrupted our lives! Thanks for your help with staying careful with looking after your precious teeth.

The ADA Dental Health Week message is back to basics for "Keeping your smile for life".

Can you help by reminding someone in your household or 'tribe"?:

• Brush morning and before bedtime
• See a timer on 2 minutes
• Choose a good toothpaste
• Buy yourself a new toothbrush at the start of a new season e.g. March -Autumn; June -Winter; Sept -Spring; Dec -Christmas!
• Try flossing or use those handy little interdental brushes (piksters)
• Clean your childrens teeth -after they have had a good try!
• Watch those tricky foods that slip into place (if you dont have them you cant be tempted to drink or eat them)

Make a checkup appointment BEFORE you feel there is something wrong! 
Your mouth really is a place where you can have problems that you cant see or feel until they are very painful and expensive to fix.
Prevention is really better for you and your loved ones.
